Your application details.

When you apply, Purple Frog collects your name, email, event idea, preferred day, and estimated guest count. We use these details to review your idea, contact you, and plan an event if we agree to move forward.

Where your application goes

Your application is saved on Purple Frog’s server and is available to authorized staff. An email alert containing your application details is also sent to the restaurant team through our email provider. Staff can add internal review notes and a status.

What to include

Please share only the details we need to understand your event. Don’t include payment information, student ID numbers, or private information about your guests.

Call (682) 250-5409 or visit Purple Frog at 3468 Blue Bonnet Circle, Fort Worth, to ask about your application, correct your details, or request deletion. Give the team your application reference if you have it.
