Returns, refunds and cancellations

This policy explains what happens if something is wrong with your meal prep order, or if you need to cancel it.

Returns

Prepared food cannot be physically returned or exchanged.

Missing, incorrect, damaged or unsafe meals

Verified missing, incorrect, damaged or unsafe meals qualify for a refund of the affected items. Contact us promptly, ideally within 24 hours; later reports and rights under applicable law will still be reviewed.

Cancellations

Cancel before preparation starts for a full refund. Once preparation starts, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go to the original payment method.

Restaurant orders, catering and events

For restaurant orders, reservations, catering and events, contact us immediately about changes or cancellations. Any specific deposit, payment or cancellation conditions will be disclosed in the applicable booking or order agreement.
